Acceptable Use Policy Last updated: August 4, 2026 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the HyperCoach platform (the "Platform") operated by HyperCoach LLC ("HyperCoach," "we," "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to this AUP. We may update it from time to time. 1. Purpose The Platform is for fitness and wellness coaches to run their coaching business and for their clients to receive coaching. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these rules. 2. Prohibited Conduct You may not: - Violate any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. - Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or that depicts or endangers minors. - Upload another person's photos, health information, or personal data without their consent. - Provide medical, psychological, or other licensed professional advice you are not qualified or licensed to give. - Transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or defeat the Platform's tenant isolation or security. - Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except your own, or reverse engineer the Platform. - Send spam or unsolicited marketing, or use the Platform to harass or defraud any person. - Resell, sublicense, or provide the Platform to third parties except in the ordinary course of serving your own clients. - Interfere with or overload the Platform's infrastructure. 3. Coaches' Responsibility Coaches are responsible for their own conduct and for the conduct of their team members and the content they and their clients post within their business. 4. Enforcement We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or that create legal or security risk, with or without notice. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. 5. Reporting Report violations or abuse to support@hypercoachhq.com.
