Marketplace Terms Last updated: August 4, 2026 These Marketplace Terms govern buying and selling digital products and content through the HyperCoach platform (the "Platform"), operated by HyperCoach LLC ("HyperCoach," "we," "us"). They supplement our Terms of Service. 1. First-Party and Coach Products The marketplace may offer (a) first-party products, where HyperCoach is the seller and merchant of record, and (b) products created and sold by Coaches to their own Clients, where the Coach is the seller and merchant of record. HyperCoach is not responsible for Coach-sold products, including their content, quality, delivery, legality, or refunds. 2. Sellers If you sell through the marketplace you represent that you own or have all rights to what you sell, that your listings are accurate and not misleading, and that your product does not infringe others' rights or violate any law or our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any consumer-protection or advertising laws that apply. 3. Payments and Fees Coach sales are processed through the Coach's connected Stripe account (the Coach is merchant of record). HyperCoach automatically deducts its platform fee, and Stripe deducts its processing fees. First-party sales are processed by HyperCoach. You authorize these deductions. 4. Delivery and Refunds Digital products are delivered electronically and access is typically granted immediately. Because of this, sales are final upon delivery except as required by law or as the seller expressly states. Refund requests for a Coach's product are handled by that Coach. 5. Prohibited Items Do not list anything unlawful, infringing, dangerous, sexually exploitative, or that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, and do not list medical, diagnostic, or professional services you are not licensed to provide. 6. Removal We may review, reject, or remove listings, and suspend sellers, that violate these terms or create legal or safety risk. 7. Contact HyperCoach LLC Questions: support@hypercoachhq.com
