Subprocessor List Last updated: August 4, 2026 HyperCoach LLC ("HyperCoach") uses the third-party service providers below ("subprocessors") to operate the HyperCoach platform. Each processes personal data only as needed to provide its service and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. This list may change; we will update it here. - Supabase — cloud hosting, PostgreSQL database, file storage, authentication, and realtime. Purpose: core Platform infrastructure and data storage. Region: United States. - Stripe — payment processing, including Stripe Connect. Purpose: coach subscriptions and coach-to-client payments; the platform fee. Stripe handles card data; HyperCoach does not store full card numbers. - Vercel — application hosting and content delivery for the web app. Purpose: serving the Platform. - Email delivery provider — transactional email (invites, notifications, receipts). - SMS delivery provider — text-message notifications, where enabled and opted in. - Push notification provider — mobile/web push notifications. - Error-monitoring provider — application error and performance monitoring to keep the Platform reliable. - Scheduling / calendar services — where a business connects a calendar or booking link.
